Durant Rentals offers quality rental apartments and houses. Our inventory of thirty-three rental units consists of efficiency, one, two, and three bedroom apartments, as well as three and four bedroom houses. We also offer short-term vacation and business rental options.
The rental market has been very tight in the Clearfield area for several years and we have experienced nearly 100% occupancy. But our residents do relocate, get married, purchase homes, etc....so vacancies do occur. As the apartments or houses become available for rent, a page with details and pictures for each unit will be added to and become a permanent part of this website.
If you are new to the area or just looking to relocate, we may have an option that meets your needs. Not all of our units have been added to this website and we may have received notice of an upcoming vacancy that has not been posted yet. So feel free to give us a call to discuss your housing needs.
