The rental market has been tight in the Clearfield area for several years and we have experienced nearly 100% occupancy. But our residents do relocate, get married or transferred, purchase homes, etc. We put links here on the home page as soon as we know of an upcoming vacancy.
If you are new to the area or just looking to relocate, we may have an option that meets your needs. Not all of our units have been added to this website. As our apartments or houses become available for rent, a page with details and pictures for each unit will be added to and become a permanent part of this website.
